At Overtone, we want you to love your hair color results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Attach Your Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
